With a wooden leg that was actually an oversized fishing rod, a hook hand that was superb for baiting lines, and a parrot sidekick named Chuckles who loved snacking on fish food, he was quite the sight! Captain Cackle would rally his troops with a hearty "Argh, me hearties! Reel in the fun!", transforming the peaceful lakes into a playground of laughter and adventure.
