New Jersey, or as I like to call it, the 'Jewel Jamboree of Joy', is a splendid, magical state nestled between New York and Pennsylvania. It's a place where you can find everything from bustling cities to quiet forests, serene beaches to friendly suburban neighborhoods. It's home to the world's largest toothpick sculpture, the first-ever dinosaur fossil discovery, and countless kids who are part of a secret society of underwater explorers - the 'Scuba Squad'. The Scuba Squad kids aren't your average, everyday youngsters. No, siree! They are budding adventurers, fearless explorers of the deep sea, donning their scuba gear like superheroes wear their capes. With a flip of a fin and a puff from an oxygen tank, these little aquanauts dive into the blue unknown, uncovering secrets of the deep that would make even Poseidon's eyebrows shoot up in surprise. Their leader is a sprightly seahorse named Sheldon, who has the uncanny ability to speak 'Humanese'. Sheldon guides them through glittering kelp forests and past colorful coral cities, introducing them to all kinds of amazing sea creatures. Sometimes, they even stumble upon long-lost pirate treasure or forgotten mermaid kingdoms. But it's not all fun and fishy games. New Jersey's Scuba Squad kids also learn about the importance of keeping our oceans clean and safe. They're like underwater superheroes, rescuing sea turtles tangled in plastic and picking up trash left behind by less considerate sea visitors. So, if you're a kid in New Jersey, do you have what it takes to join the Scuba Squad? Will you take the plunge and become an underwater protector? Dive in, and let's find out!

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.
