In the wonderful state of New Hampshire, amid the lush greenery and sparkling lakes, there's a lively group of young adventurers who partake in a thrilling activity - Kayaking! They call themselves the "Paddle Pirates," led by their insurmountably cool imaginary captain, Captain Crash Splash!

Captain Crash Splash isn't your typical pirate, no sir! He has a wild, windblown beard made entirely of water splashes, a hat that magically transforms into any type of kayak he wishes, and an uproarious laugh that echoes across the vast New Hampshire lakes! He's a bit clumsy, often flipping his kayak and flopping into the water, but he always comes up laughing and ready for more, making him a true inspiration for the Paddle Pirates.

The Paddle Pirates don't just kayak; they embark on epic quests! Every ripple in the water is a monstrous sea beast, every floating leaf an uncharted island, and every gust of wind a pirate's challenge! With Captain Crash Splash leading the way, these New Hampshire kids paddle with gusto, their laughter echoing across the lakes and rivers.

Each new day brings a new adventure for the Paddle Pirates. Between the roaring rapids, the mysterious misty mornings, and the legendary race against the Windy Wind Paddlers, there's never a dull moment in their kayaks. And at the end of the day, they gather around a crackling campfire, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories of their voyages with Captain Crash Splash.

In the enchanting world of New Hampshire's great outdoors, these kids aren't just paddling through water; they're sailing through the biggest adventure of their young lives, learning the true spirit of fun, friendship, and fearless exploration!

Welcome to the wonderful world of Swift Nature Camp an overnight camp for boys and girls ages 6-15 located in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin. 

 I’m Lonnie, the Camp Director, and I’m thrilled to share what makes SNC such a special place for kids and families alike. For nearly 30 years, our mission has been to create an environment where children can grow, discover, and make lifelong memories. Here at camp, we focus on friendship, personal development, and a deep connection to nature—all in a fun, supportive, and adventurous setting. All this without cell phones
One of the things that sets Swift Nature Camp apart is our focus on fostering independence and confidence. Whether it’s trying a new activity like canoeing, taking on a leadership role in a group project, or simply navigating life away from home, camp provides endless opportunities for personal growth. We celebrate each camper’s unique personality and encourage them to step outside their comfort zone in a safe and nurturing way. Seeing kids gain new skills and pride in their accomplishments is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

For our youngest campers, Discovery Camp is an especially magical experience. Designed only for first-time campers ages 6-12, this shorter program gives kids a chance to experience the joys of camp life in a way that’s just right for them. It’s amazing to watch these kids try new things—from learning about the natural world to singing campfire songs—and leave camp with big smiles and even bigger stories to tell. Discovery Camp is often the beginning of a long and cherished relationship with SNC, and we’re so proud to see those first-time campers grow into confident and capable young people.

Another cornerstone of Swift Nature Camp is our connection to the environment. We believe that nature isn’t just a backdrop for camp; it’s a teacher, a playground, and a source of endless wonder. Through hands-on activities like pond studies, wildlife observation, and outdoor adventures, campers develop an appreciation for the natural world that stays with them long after camp ends. The Camp Zoo is always a favorite, campers can even adopt a pet while at camp.Our goal is to inspire kids to become curious, mindful stewards of the environment.

At Swift Nature Camp, there’s never a dull day! With hundreds of land and water activities, campers are always engaged and excited. On land, some favorites include the Lego Cabin, Arts & Crafts, Archery, and exploring the Nature Center. On the water, campers learn Canoeing, Fishing, and Swimming, but the absolute favorites are Tubing behind the boat and jumping off the Water Trampoline. Never is there a dull day because every day is packed with fun, adventure, and opportunities to try something new.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the amazing friendships that form here. SNC is a place where kids truly feel like they belong. Campers and counselors alike bring warmth, kindness, and enthusiasm to everything we do, creating a strong sense of community. Whether it’s cheering each other on during a game, collaborating on a creative project, or sharing laughs around the campfire, the bonds formed at Swift Nature Camp are something truly special.

For nearly a century, the William Lawrence Camp has been providing youth with healthy outdoor recreational opportunities. Founded in the early 1900s, the camp was named after William Lawrence, an early advocate of camping. For many years, the camp had a strong relationship with the Episcopal Church. Families often learned of the camp through their local parishes, and during the summer, visiting clergy offered Sunday services in the outdoor chapel. 

Through the years, the camp has continued to promote the importance of shared values and ideals. In the late sixties, the camp ended its association with the church, but has continued to embrace this same core philosophy. 

Today, the William Lawrence Camp offers a variety of activities and is a place for youth to have fun and form lasting memories. It is a testament to William Lawrence’s commitment to providing healthy opportunities for young people and his belief in the importance of commonly shared values and ideals.

At Kabeyun, we provide an environment that encourages boys to push themselves to their individual limits and discover their unique potential. Our summer campers are offered opportunities to explore and develop new skills, while growing and living in a real community. Our traditional New England offerings, such as archery, fishing, and sailing, are supplemented with more recent outdoor activities, like wakeboarding, white water kayaking, and windsurfing. Boys can also play sports on the tennis, badminton, and basketball courts or join in an evening pick-up game of soccer or frisbee. The boys receive guidance from experienced counselors, many of whom grew up at Kabeyun and now return as adults to share the values they were taught during their own best summers.

At Camp Lovewell, we provide the opportunity for kids to get outside and explore the wonders of nature. Through our various activities and programs, campers will develop their skills, push their limits, and use their imagination. 

Our campers will get the chance to discover the fields, forests, ponds, wetlands, and working farms that surround us. Through our inquiry, observation, and exploration, campers will have the chance to observe and learn about the environment around them. Not only will campers gain knowledge, they will be participating in activities that will test their capabilities and stretch their imagination. With Camp Lovewell, kids will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and test their strength.

The Wediko School is located on 450 lakefront acres in New Hampshire, and provides therapeutic and educational services for middle and high school aged boys. This residential treatment center is renowned for its intensive milieu of academics and therapy. The NH Department of Education cites The Wediko School as an example of “how residentials should be.” Through their extensive therapeutic program and strong culture of community, students develop important social-emotional skills and resilience to help them succeed in school, home, and their wider communities.

Located in the quaint town of Orford, MA, Camp Merriwood LLC has been providing a unique summer camp experience for girls aged 8 to 15 since 1949. Our camp is a traditional summer camp that focuses on helping young girls learn, grow and have fun in a safe and supportive setting. Through structured activities and creative electives, our campers gain the confidence to develop appropriate risk-taking skills. 

At Camp Merriwood, campers have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities, such as tennis, soccer, lacrosse, water skiing, sailing, crew, horseback riding, arts and crafts, swimming, gymnastics, dance, archery and much more. We also offer a variety of special events and traditions throughout the summer. Our atmosphere of inclusion and support is why so many of our campers come back each year.

During their stay, campers will have the chance to socialize with their cabin mates and counselor, as well as select activities to enjoy that spark their personal interests. 

Adventure Camp is the perfect summer destination for 10- to 17-year-olds looking to get outdoors, make new friends, and challenge themselves. This co-ed overnight camp gives campers the opportunity to explore the outdoors and embark on exciting activities. Adventure Camp creates a nurturing environment where campers can take on new experiences and learn something new. Nick Savery opened the Meikyo Dojo in January of 2013, to share his passion for Kyokushin Karate with the community of Hudson, NH. Kyokushin is a traditional form of karate that originated in Japan and emphasizes full-contact sparring and self-development. At Meikyo Dojo, we strive to build a strong sense of community around the discipline and self-improvement that comes with traditional karate. 

The name Meikyo means “a brightly polished mirror,” or “mirror of the soul.” It is believed that karate is a way to continuously polish our techniques and ourselves, gradually improving both body and mind. The word Dojo translates to “training hall” – at Meikyo Dojo, we are committed to providing a supportive and safe environment to train in traditional karate.

Hello, craft aficionados, and welcome to Crafts Zone! This is your portal into a realm where imagination and education intertwine. Our bespoke crafting workshops are designed to engage both your creative flair and your thirst for knowledge. To keep you abreast with the latest trends and techniques in crafting, we've devoted a fifth of our sessions entirely to learning.

Prepare yourself for an exciting journey of creating and connecting as these constitute the major portion of our workshops, a staggering 70% to be precise! You'll be offered ample opportunities to convert your innovative concepts into tangible creations and also get to know other art enthusiasts. Our dynamic kayak camp is sure to provide the perfect opportunity for kids to learn the sport of kayaking while also having fun. We'll teach your child all the fundamentals of kayaking, along with important safety and rescue techniques.
