These fun-loving kids are part of an extraordinary team, the "Tai Chi Tornadoes." Now, their coach is not your everyday adult. No, sir! Meet Mr. Puff, a plump, jolly gentleman with a fluffy white beard, twinkling blue eyes and a belly that would give Santa Claus a run for his money. He wears a red and green plaid hat all the time, even in the shower, they say! Mr. Puff used to be a lumberjack, but one day, while chopping wood, he discovered his passion for Tai Chi. Now, he's the whirlwind behind the Tai Chi Tornadoes. These kids are not just amazing at Tai Chi, they're wizards with an exceptional twist of fun. They could balance on one toe while reciting the state's 10 counties backward, all with the biggest smiles on their faces. These are the kids who make Tai Chi look like a dance party at the top of Mount Washington. The Tai Chi Tornadoes are a sight to behold! They twirl like leaves in the wind, laugh like brooks rushing down the mountains, and perform Tai Chi with the same gusto they use to build the mightiest of snow forts. They've turned the tranquil art of Tai Chi into their own magical dance, and in the process, they've become the talk of New Hampshire, from Portsmouth to Pittsburg, making the state even more special than it already is.

Founded by Edward Carr in 2000, we have grown to become a premier Martial Arts School in New England. Our kids, teens, and adult Karate program has a lineage rooted in Shaolin Kempo Karate and is operated under the Tokyo Joe’s System of Self Defense. Meanwhile, our MMA program began under the guidance of UFC Hall of Fame legend Pat Miletich, operating under the Miletich Fighting Systems banner.
