Deep in the heart of the United States, there sits a charming state named Nebraska, fondly known as NE. A place where the corn grows taller than the teachers and the cattle outnumber the children. A state where the kids are as bright as the vast prairies under the summer sun. But these kids aren't just smart, they're also very creative. Especially when it comes to painting. Now, let's talk about these painting enthusiasts. Oh, they're a delightful sight to behold in NE! They hold their brushes like warriors wielding their mighty swords, ready to conquer a blank canvas that trembles in anticipation of their vibrant imagination. They dip their weapons - I mean brushes, into the colorful potions contained in tiny jars, also known as paint. Meet Corny the Rainbow Corn Cob, the cool imaginary character from NE. Corny, with his husk of many colors, is the uncrowned king of this creative kingdom. His jokes are as corny as his name. He would often say, "Why don't we paint the town red, or better yet, rainbow?" Laughter echoes across the prairies every time he cracks a joke. Corny and the kids create magical paintings - landscapes filled with endless cornfields under cotton candy skies, portraits of cattle as superheroes, and abstracts that would make Picasso jealous. Their creativity flows like the Platte River, never-ending and full of life. Every stroke tells a story, every color sings a song, and every canvas is a window to their world. And so, in the heart of America, in the delightful state of NE, Corny and his band of little painters color their world, one brushstroke at a time.

DEBUT Creative Center & Theater-Studio is a dual-language (English–Russian) program where kids explore creativity, confidence, and self-expression. From theater and dance to fencing and stage performance, children can try new activities and discover their unique talents. Small class sizes let instructors give each child personalized attention, helping them feel comfortable, supported, and confident as they learn. Kids build artistic skills while also developing social confidence, teamwork, and poise on stage and in everyday life. Our programs celebrate each child’s individuality, combining fun, hands-on experiences with a focus on personal growth—all while keeping Russian language and culture an important part of the curriculum.
The Museum is currently taking a break while it undergoes an exciting expansion and renovation. It promises to add galleries, classrooms, public spaces, and a new entrance. This ambitious project is aimed at providing an even better visitor experience, and the temporary closure is necessary for the safety of patrons and art.
