Their leader is none other than Melodious Max, a freckle-faced boy with a shock of red hair and a twinkle in his eye that could outshine the brightest star. Max carries a shiny silver flute that he swears has been enchanted by a musical fairy. When Max and his crew get together for their Music Therapy sessions, they create a symphony so powerful it can make the sunflowers sway, the prairie dogs dance, and the Old Man River tap his foot in rhythm. Things usually get hilarious when Harmonica Hank, a member of the squad, gets a wild hair and belts out tunes so funny that the cows in the fields have been known to giggle. Yes, giggle.
