They're not just bending and stretching; they're on epic quests to conquer Castle Coordination and reclaim the Kingdom of Strength. Sure, there are days when the dragon of tiredness tries to get in their way or when the moat of monotony seems too wide to cross. But with Sir Flex-a-Lot leading the charge with a hearty "Stretch ho!", and a booming laugh that can shake the leaves off the trees, every step of their physical therapy journey becomes a fun-filled adventure.
