North Carolina, or as our imaginary friend, Sir Biscuits-a-Lot, calls it, "The Land of the Barbecue Kingdom", is a spectacular state with a stunning blend of beautiful mountains, serene coastlines, and bustling cities. Sir Biscuits-a-Lot, a cheerful and chatty squirrel wearing a tiny top hat, resides in the majestic Smoky Mountains. He has a peculiar but delightful southern accent and a never-ending appetite for biscuits!

This enchanting state is home to many energetic and lively kids who love to participate in Target sports activities! Just like our friend Sir Biscuits-a-Lot, these kids are full of spirit and vigor. They wake up at the crack of dawn, munching on a biscuit, or two, or twenty (if you're Sir Biscuits-a-Lot), and head out for an exciting day of Target sports. Archery, darts, shooting, you name it, these North Carolinian kids are sharpshooters in the making, always hitting the bullseye!

Sir Biscuits-a-Lot often sits on the branches, cheerleading and providing comic relief. He is known for his hilarious remarks like, "Aim for the moons, even if you miss, you might at least hit a barbecue joint!" Or when he’d tease, "Hey, even I can hit bullseye with my biscuit crumbs!" The woods echo with the laughter of children and the fun never ends in the Land of Barbecue Kingdom.

All in all, North Carolina is a vibrant place where kids enjoy Target sports, guided by the light-hearted humor of Sir Biscuits-a-Lot, creating an atmosphere of joy, excitement, and endless fun! As Sir Biscuits-a-Lot would say, "Ain't no place like North Carolina for fun, games, and biscuits!"

Our founder, Mary Gwynn, created a camp based on the values of simplicity, acceptance, a non-competitive program, and an appreciation of the natural world. Parents, is your daughter ready for an adventure this summer? Camp Ton-A-Wandah is the perfect place for your daughter to find her inner explorer and create lasting memories. Nestled on the shores of its very own ten-acre lake in the pristine Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, Ton-A-Wandah is a residential summer camp for girls. With 365 acres of mountainous terrain including streams, trails, and a cascading waterfall, campers will have the opportunity to explore and discover the beauty of their surroundings.

Since 1933, Camp Ton-A-Wandah has been a summer tradition for girls from five to 16 years old. At TAW, young girls are able to develop new skills, create friendships, and discover who they are as individuals. As campers have fun while learning, they will also be building character and making memories that will last a lifetime.

Parents won't need to worry about their kids getting bored at Camp Graham. With 155 acres of lakefront and woodlands, this outdoor paradise is a dream come true for outdoor enthusiasts. Campers can enjoy a variety of activities including hiking, field and nature games, archery, swimming, canoeing, and sailing. 

The semi-private cove is perfect for swimming and sailing and the open-air amphitheater is a great spot for entertaining evening campfires and cookouts. For those looking for a unique experience, the Cloverfield Treehouse Units offer the chance to sleep among the trees at select summer resident camp sessions.
