Their sticks become magical snowhawk feathers, capable of whacking a hockey puck faster than a hummingbird hiccup. The rinks, whether nestled in Raleigh or perched in Pineville, become their kingdoms, their battlegrounds, and their playgrounds. With the spirit of the Snowhawk in their hearts, these kiddos are the coolest thing on ice since the abominable snowman discovered figure skating.
