Deep in the heart of the Tar Heel State, also known as North Carolina, a group of kids gather together to form the most fantabulous, ear-pleasing, melody-making singing squad you've ever heard. Each one of them is as diverse as the state's landscapes—from the smoky peaks of the Appalachian Mountains to the sun-drenched beaches of the Atlantic coast, they're all unique in their own amazing ways. Leading this harmonious crew is Maestro WobbleKnees, a whacky character who conducts with a magical baton that dances and fiddles in the air with his every move. This baton, rumored to be carved from a whispering willow in the enchanted Blue Ridge Forest, is said to have the ability to transform any voice into a symphony of splendid sounds. WobbleKnees, with his neon polka dot bow tie and mismatched socks, is a sight to behold. With a twinkle in his eye and a mischievous grin, he guides the singing superstars, encouraging them to hit the notes higher than the Uwharrie Mountains and deeper than the Cape Fear River. Every kid in the choir has a nickname, like Sassy Lassie who can mimic any bird song or BeatBox Bobby who drops beats as fast as the Carolina Reaper peppers drop tears. Every day, they gather in the grand halls of the Imaginarium, a castle-like building in the lively city of Raleigh, where music, laughter, and a whole lot of fun echo off the walls. Together, they create a wild cacophony of tunes that could make even the strictest music teacher tap their feet and the grumpiest gargoyle on the castle roof crack a smile. Yes, North Carolina is a place where music and magic mingle, thanks to Maestro WobbleKnees and his wacky choir of singing sensations.

In 1962, the Fayetteville Little Theatre was founded by a small group of local actors performing two shows at Alexander Graham Junior High and the Fayetteville Courthouse. With the support of the community, funds were raised to renovate the building and incorporate two adjacent buildings. With the help of State Senators Tony Rand, Lura Tally, and others, the theatre was renamed to Cape Fear Regional Theatre. Today, CFRT is a three-story complex with a 300-seat main stage and contracts actors, writers, and designers from across the country. The theatre offers a six-show main stage season and robust education and outreach programs, reaching over 49,000 audience members a year from all ages and varying socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds. CFRT continues to be thankful for the community’s support and commitment to its success.

At Cape Fear Music Center, providing exceptional customer service is the norm. Five long-time coworkers founded the company in 2006, after their employer closed up shop after 80 years in the music business. Since then, many of the music instrument industry's changes have forced competitors to close their doors. Despite this, CFMC has become a Rally Point for both Educators and Technicians. The people at CFMC are not only outstanding musicians and educators, but they also form a great family. Their individual talents are many and varied, but their greatest strength has come from their mutual respect and love for one another. At CFMC, their mission is to enrich the Human Spirit through Music. Anyone is welcome to join the CFMC family. With their excellent customer service and mutual love and respect for each other, CFMC is sure to become a place of inspiration and joy for all who join them.
