Once upon a time, in the colorful patchwork quilt of the United States, there was a beautiful state known as North Carolina, or NC as the locals affectionately call it. This wasn't just any ordinary state, oh no! It was a magical land brimming with lush green mountains, stunning beaches, and cities bubbling with excitement and culture. Now, within this enchanting world, a unique group of kids were making waves. These were no ordinary children, they were the Bilingual Bandits! The Bilingual Bandits were a group of cool kids who had the special ability to speak not just one, but two languages! Spanish, English, French, German, you name it, they could speak it. Their tongues were as flexible as gymnasts, flipping and somersaulting between languages with ease. Leading this pack was their fearless leader, Linguini Linguado. Linguini wasn't your average superhero, instead of a cape, he brandished a giant dictionary. His superpower? He could understand any language in the world, even the chirping of birds and the rustling of leaves! Linguini and the Bilingual Bandits loved using their skills to help others, whether it was translating an old lady's recipe book or helping a lost tourist find their way. They made the state of NC a welcoming place for everyone, no matter what language they spoke. Their antics often led to funny situations, like when Linguini accidentally mixed up 'pollo' (chicken) with 'pollo' (police) and ended up ordering 10 police officers for dinner! For Linguini and the Bilingual Bandits, life in NC was an exciting adventure, filled with laughter, learning, and lots of languages!

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.

At Art-Kiddo, we are dedicated to helping children discover the world of art through Spanish immersion and bilingual instruction. Our sessions provide a creative and meaningful environment for children to learn and explore. We believe that art is an essential part of a child's development, and our sessions are tailored to enhance social/emotional skills, sensory regulation, motor skills, behavior, and play/leisure skills. Our program is designed to create meaningful experiences and nature/social connections for children. We use a variety of activities to engage children, including Spanish language instruction, art projects, music, and creative play. These activities are designed to help children develop their language and communication skills, as well as foster their creativity. By providing children with the necessary tools to explore art through second-language immersion, we strive to create an environment that is inviting and supportive to each and every child.
