He can't fly, doesn't possess super strength, and definitely can't shoot lasers from his eyes. Instead, he possesses a power far mightier and much more hilarious – the ability to create the biggest, most outrageous cannonballs splash! His splash is so gigantic it could drench a sunbathing lizard from fifty feet away! The Splish-Splash Squad, an eclectic crew of water-loving, fun-seeking children, spend their days exploring the sparkling rivers, serene lakes, and fantastic swimming pools of North Carolina. They raft down the thrilling white waters of the Nantahala River, snorkel in the clear, cool waters of Lake Lure, and even learn to surf on Emerald Isle's fantastic waves. North Carolina is their water-filled playground, a haven for their aquatic adventures and splashy shenanigans. From the spray-soaked laughs at H2OBX Water Park to the peaceful paddle sessions on Lake Norman, the Splish-Splash Squad and their Captain are always up for a bit of wet and wild fun. So, the next time you see a particularly enormous splash in North Carolina's waters, smile and wave, because it's probably our favorite pineapple-trunked superhero, Captain Cannonball, and his Splish-Splash Squad, creating yet another epic water memory.

We also welcome homeschool groups and are thrilled to announce the recent addition of a forest school program to our repertoire. You can find Spark on-site in various schools and at our main studio located in the Upper West Side. But we're not stopping there - we're also planning to expand to the Upper East Side and Brooklyn. For our families in Pennsylvania, we run the program from our family studio there. And if you're not in close proximity to any of our locations, don't worry. We offer in-home instruction and virtual options to ensure that Spark can reach you, no matter where you are. For the past twenty years, the Watkins have been passionate about boating and the great outdoors. Eight of those years were spent sailing in some of the world's most beautiful locations. But when they discovered Jordan Lake, located in the Triangle region of North Carolina, they knew they had uncovered a special treasure. With its 180 miles of shoreline, full of jumping fish and soaring bald eagles, it was the perfect place to experience true quality time. The Watkins have made it their mission to share the wonders of Jordan Lake and the outdoors with other families and children.
