Minnesota, or as our frosty friend Frosty McSnowpants likes to call it, "The Land of 10,000 Frozen Popsicles," is a place where kids are sharp as icicles and warm-hearted as hot cocoa. Frosty, a talking snowman with a passion for science, technology, engineering, arts, and math, loves to spend his time with the cool kiddos of Minnesota who are busy tinkering, programming, crafting, and calculating. In the bustling cities, from Minneapolis to Saint Paul, Frosty finds kids programming robots, building towering structures, and painting masterpieces that could make a snowman melt with admiration. Out in the countryside, Frosty meets little engineers who build sleds that glide as fast as north winds, and young mathematicians counting stars in the clear, winter sky. In the "Land of 10,000 Lakes," as humans call it, Frosty discovers that the kids don't just dip their toes in the water, but dive deep into the sea of STEM/STEAM activities. And oh boy, do they make a splash! From inventing ice-cream-making machines that use actual snow to creating a 3D model of their state bird, the common loon, these kids turn every day into a scientific adventure. With their brains buzzing like bumblebees and their hearts filled with creativity, these kids are as unstoppable as a Minnesota snowstorm. Whether they're designing a video game to help Frosty improve his snowball-throwing skills or conducting experiments to see which type of snowflakes fall faster, the kids of Minnesota are constantly showing Frosty that there’s no limit to what they can achieve through STEM/STEAM. And so, our chilly friend Frosty always says, "With Minnesota kids, the forecast always calls for a flurry of fun and learning!"

The US Engineering League is a prominent nationwide establishment that passionately supports STEM-focused education. Since our inception in 2018, we have been the proud USA National Office for the acclaimed World Robot Olympiad, a global robotics competition that has over 35,000 participants from more than 80 countries. We are committed to making our educational opportunities available to as many children as possible, regardless of their location.
