Dream Day on Cape Cod is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing respite for children with serious and/or life-threatening illnesses and their families. For the past 28 years, we have been helping families make special memories together at our Camp Nan-Ke-Rafe, located adjacent to Nickerson State Park. Eight sessions of family camp are offered every summer, providing families with the opportunity to relax and reconnect with one another without the stress of hospital visits and round-the-clock care. At Dream Day, our mission is to create positive, lasting memories that will help families transcend illness and struggle.
