In the magical land of Massachusetts, known to its inhabitants as MA, children are not ordinary children; they are laser warriors. Imagine a place where every day is filled with thrilling missions, where kids are not just kids but brave and fearless Lazer Tag champions, battling in mystical realms of light and sound. This is not a land of ordinary folks, oh no! These pint-sized powerhouses, with their energy as endless as MA's winding roads, are armed with high-tech vests and laser guns that emit colorful beams of light. They romp through the glow-in-the-dark arenas, zipping and zooming, turning the mystifying mazes into their personal playgrounds. Meet the coolest of them all, Captain Buzzbeard. Now, don't let his funny name fool you! Despite being only 10 and having a beard made entirely of honey-drenched cereal (which he firmly believes gives him a tactical advantage), Buzzbeard is a Lazer Tag legend in MA. His cereal-sticky strategy makes him an elusive target, leaving a trail of confusion among his opponents. He’s known far and wide, from the bustling streets of Boston to the lighthouses of Cape Cod, for his quick feet, quicker wit, and the quickest cereal-to-beard application skills. So, when the sun dips low in the MA sky, and the stars twinkle like scattered fairy dust, the Lazer Tag arenas come alive with laughter, cheers, and the gentle hum of laser guns. The kids transform into gallant knights, space explorers, and stealthy ninjas, their imaginations running as wild as the wind on Nantucket Sound. Their hearts beat to the rhythm of adventure, and in their playful war cries, you can hear the echoes of pure joy. Massachusetts, my dear friends, is not just a state; it's a state of fun, adventure and endless Lazer Tag battles!

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.
Today, the YMCA of the North Shore is composed of seven local YMCAs, each dedicated to providing meaningful membership experiences and programs that support the health and well-being of our diverse North Shore communities.
