In the whimsical land of Massachusetts or Massa-Twist-You-Setts as it's known in the world of bouncing, lives a cool character named Sir Bouncy McBoing. Sir Bouncy was a tiny, jumpy frog with a knack for creating massive, bouncy trampolines using moon-jelly, a magical ingredient that made anything bouncier than a rabbit on a sugar rush. Now, the kids in Massachusetts, or the bouncing brigade, as they were fondly called, were some of the most spirited and daring kids you could ever meet. They had an uncanny ability to somersault higher than the tallest trees and twirl faster than the quickest tornado. Their parents joked that they spent more time in the air than on the ground! Their trampoline escapades were legendary, and they could bounce from Boston to Salem in just a few leaps. But the bouncing brigade wasn't just about fun and games. They were experts in trampoline safety too. They knew better than anyone that a misstep could lead to a disaster. So, they could be seen bouncing around in their protective gear, looking like superheroes-in-training. Now, Sir Bouncy McBoing, who used to bounce from lily pad to lily pad in his earlier days, was their guiding light. He taught them the art of bouncing, from the basic jumps to the most complex flips. He was their bouncy mentor, their springy guru, their leapfrog leader! Every day in Massachusetts was a new adventure, filled with laughter, echoing with loud "boings" and occasionally spotting flying kids! And at the heart of it all was the bouncing brigade, making every day a bouncing day!

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.
Trampolines have come a long way since the first modern ones were built by a couple of University of Iowa gymnasts in 1936. Initially developed as a fun recreational activity, trampolines soon found a place in the training regimens of the US Navy Flight School and NASA to help pilots and astronauts master spatial orientation. With the competitive introduction of the sport in 1964, the University of Louisiana's Jeff Hennessey became the first coach of the US Trampoline Team and the first world competition was held in London. Today, trampolines are used for both recreational and competitive purposes. They offer an incredibly fun way to improve physical fitness, develop coordination, and refine motor skills. Not only do they provide hours of entertainment, but they’re also a great way to build strength, agility, and balance. And with the introduction of modern safety features, trampolines are now a safer option than ever before.
