Louisiana, with its gumbo of cultures, rich history and music that flowed through the mighty Mississippi, served as a perfect canvas to stoke the flames of these little artists' imaginations. The world of Art & Crafts was their oyster, and Sir Giggles-a-Lot was their pearl.
