In the heart of the magnificent state of Illinois, where the skyscrapers of Chicago hold hands with the rolling fields of corn, a unique group of kids come together. They gather not for a pizza party at the famous Gino’s East or a riveting game of hide and seek among the towering Abraham Lincoln statues, but for something even more exciting – Flag Football!

Leading this bunch of energetic, giggly, and sneaky-quick kids is their cool, imaginary coach, legendary Uncle Touchdown Tony. With his hat turned backward, an oversized whistle always at the ready, and his pants perpetually pulled up too high, Uncle Tony is a sight to see! Imagine a grizzly bear doing ballet, or a giraffe trying to roller skate and you’ve got Uncle Tony. 

His kids, the Illinois Tornadoes, as they're known, are a force to be reckoned with. They zoom around the field so fast it's as if they've harnessed the power of the Windy City itself! With turf in their shoes, grass stains on their uniforms, and never-ending smiles on their faces, the Tornadoes make every Illinoisan proud. 

They laugh, they leap, they dive, and they dash, making Flag Football more than just a game. It's an Illinois spectacle! Between the wild antics of Uncle Touchdown Tony and the unyielding spirit of the Illinois Tornadoes, the state of Illinois becomes a riotous paradise of flag football fun. And trust me; you wouldn’t want to miss it for all the popcorn in Chicago!

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association.

Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.

Every summer, campers and staff from all around the globe, and from a variety of backgrounds, return to their own special home away from home. At our camp in Central Wisconsin, situated on an 80-acre lakefront compound, there’s never a shortage of activities and experiences for everyone to enjoy. From biking around Stratton Lake to water skiing, drama, rock climbing, and arts & crafts, our campers can stay busy for hours on end. 

At our camp, campers can explore, take on new challenges, and make lifelong friendships. Our campers and staff come from all walks of life, and every year they return to our camp to enjoy new experiences, make memories, and have the time of their lives. The Sportsplex of St. Charles, Illinois is the home of Coerver Coaching. This 62,500 square foot facility features state-of-the-art climate control and a range of amenities. The facility includes two indoor futsal courts and one indoor turf field, as well as locker rooms, showers, a soccer pro shop, a concession stand, a sports performance center, a dance studio, and a party room.

The Bill George Youth Football League (BGYFL) is proud to present its longest-running franchise! Our Football program is designed to give kids an enjoyable and safe environment to learn the fundamentals of the sport with the goal of helping them transition into high school sports. Our Cheer program has the same objective, and is accredited by the Illinois Recreational Cheer Association (IRCA). Our coaches are well-trained to teach the fundamentals of competitive cheer with the goal of helping our students excel at the high school level. 

At the BGYFL, we strive to give our young athletes an enjoyable and enriching experience that will provide them with the tools they need to excel in high school sports. Our Football and Cheer programs provide the perfect platform for kids to learn and hone their skills while having fun. Our Football program is the oldest of its kind and provides a safe and secure environment for kids to grow and learn the fundamentals of the sport. Similarly, our Cheer program is accredited by the Illinois Recreational Cheer Association and provides the perfect platform for kids to learn competitive cheer and refine their skills. The MAC is an incredible 39-acre athletic complex situated in Crystal Lake! With an incredible 65,000 square feet of indoor facilities, parents and kids alike can enjoy two full-size indoor soccer fields, two regulation basketball courts, and a 2,500-square-foot Ninja Room. 

The MAC has recently expanded its outdoor options, too! Our kids will be able to enjoy a lighted Field Turf field that can host a variety of sports, such as soccer, lacrosse, baseball, and football. Plus, there are 5 grass fields for additional outdoor fun.

Founded in 2008 by Oak Park natives, Dan Kane and Caleb Fields, Legacy provides after-school programs, holiday camps, birthdays, block parties, summer camps, instructional training and leagues. Not only do they teach young athletes the proper technique in individual and team settings, but they also help to develop important character traits and promote a fun, safe, challenging and high-energy atmosphere. 

At Legacy Sports Camp, participants learn more than just the basics of the sport. Through their programs, kids are taught the importance of character and the impact that it has on young athletes. They also provide a fun and engaging atmosphere for kids to learn and grow, while still being challenged. The founders strive to create an environment that is safe and high energy, so kids can have the best experience possible.
