Welcome to the colorful, peach-scented state of Georgia, where the rivers flow like sweet iced tea and the sun smiles down like a proud grandma! Now, meet the adventurous, wild-at-heart kids of Georgia who have a soft spot for boating and canoeing. They're as spirited as the whistling wind, and as playful as the waves they ride! Imagine our friend, Sailin' Sammy Squirrel, with his bushy tail for a sail, and his acorn helmet for safety. Sammy is the unofficial admiral of this boating brigade. His can-do attitude and shiny fur makes him a beacon on the brightest Georgia day. Sammy, along with his crew of Georgia giggling guppies, loves nothing more than floatin' down the Chattahoochee River, paddles splashing, laughter echoing off the mighty pines. Their canoes, painted like rainbows, bob along the shimmering river, looking like playful dragonflies. They play 'Paddle-battle', where the one who splashes the most water wins, only to realize everyone's a winner when you're soaking wet with laughter! But that’s not all! Remember, Sammy and his crew are Georgia kids, as brave as they come! They ride the river rapids like a roller coaster, screaming with thrill and excitement, their cheerful voices mixing with the river's roar. Even imaginary alligators, whom they’ve affectionately named ‘Chompy the Cheerful’, know better than to disrupt these daredevil kids. Chompy’s too busy laughing at their jokes, and occasionally offering a toothy grin for their imaginary alligator selfies! In Georgia, boating and canoeing are not just activities, they’re a way of life, a floating fiesta of friendship and fearless fun. And Sailin' Sammy Squirrel and his crew are the proud ambassadors of this wet and wild world. Let's hear it for the Georgia kids, the gladiators of giggles and guardians of good times!

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.

At Wilderness Works, we believe that all children deserve the opportunity to be nurtured, experience adventure, and learn important life skills. For over two decades, we have been providing Atlanta’s homeless, at-risk, and vulnerable children with the year-round enrichment, experiential education, and character development they need to succeed. Our graduate programs focus on cognitive, emotional, physical, and social development, allowing children to grow up with us as they age from eight to eighteen. Our five chief programs - Day Camp, City Camp, Summer Camp, Core Camps, and Field Camp - provide a powerful alternative to traditional school learning, especially on weekends, school holidays, and during the summer months. We strive to ensure that all of our kids have the chance to be nurtured, explore adventure, and learn important life skills, helping them to develop a strong sense of self-worth and the confidence they need to achieve success.
