Coach Barbara has a wealth of experience, having worked extensively with NCAA Teams, and is now certified in YOGA Nidra, a technique that helps athletes perform at their peak. Coach Barbara is now focused on helping juniors improve their mental game in the sport of tennis. YOGA Nidra is a practical tool she uses to ensure her students are able to reach their true potential.
