Now, let's talk about these kids, our little heroes. They are the members of the "Nature Navigators Club", led by their fearless, funny, and slightly furry leader - Raccoon Rocky. Rocky, with his bright, twinkling eyes and a striped tail fluffier than the fluffiest pillow, encourages them to explore the CT wilderness. You can often spot him with a leaf-shaped map, a backpack full of snacks (with a soft spot for marshmallows), and a never-dying enthusiasm for nature. From catching dreamy dragonflies in the soft morning light to chasing the sunset amongst the towering trees, Rocky and the gang live life one adventure at a time. Our camp is tailored to the age-appropriate needs of beginning campers, offering them an exciting first experience of the great outdoors. From exploring nature to engaging in active play, our camp provides ample opportunities to engage and discover. We also focus on literacy, ensuring that our campers have a quiet siesta time to read and relax. We prioritize safety and independence at our camp, which is why we ask that all campers are able to use the bathroom with minimal assistance. Unfortunately, our camp does not have any additional resources to provide assistance in this area.
