Whether they wish to sit out of an activity or participate in an alternative way, all choices are respected by campers and camp staff alike. Girls are also included in decisions made about camp activities, such as all-camp events, meal planning, and themes. Staff members are always on hand to support girls who wish to take the initiative in stepping into a leadership role.
