In the wild and wonderful state of Wyoming, where the buffalo still roam and the prairies stretch as far as the eye can see, there is a group of kids who love nothing more than to dance. They are part of the "WY Wiggly Woogles," a dance group beloved by all in the state, from the snowy peaks of the Grand Tetons to the bustling city of Cheyenne. Now, if you haven't heard of the Wiggly Woogles before, sit tight. These aren't your ordinary kiddos. No, they're as unique as a jackalope sighting, and twice as fun. The Wiggly Woogles have mastered the art of dancing like the creatures that call Wyoming home. There’s Billy who stomps like a bison, Lucy who leaps like a pronghorn, and Benny who does the rattlesnake rumba. But the star of the group is a young boy named Sam. Sam is a wizard at doing the Wyoming Wind whirl. He spins and twirls so fast that he could create a dust devil in the middle of a dancefloor! And when he does his signature move, the Whirling Dervish, it seems as if he’s caught in a tornado, but with a huge grin plastered on his face. So, if you ever find yourself in the Cowboy State, keep an eye out for the WY Wiggly Woogles. You might just catch them dancing at the foot of Devil's Tower or practicing their moves by Old Faithful. Just remember, if you see a dust devil spinning across the plains, it might just be Sam, doing his Wyoming Wind whirl!
