Welcome to the wild, wonderful world of West Virginia! A place where mountains touch the clouds, rivers play hide-and-seek amongst the hills, and the air is as crisp as a freshly picked apple. Now, you may have heard of some of our regulars - the black bears love a good picnic, the fireflies choreograph their own light shows, and the raccoons, well, they're just the neighborhood bandits. Now, hold onto your hats, because we're about to introduce you to the real showstoppers - the kids of West Virginia who are crazy about volleyball. They don't just play volleyball; they live it, breathe it and dream it. They serve up aces like pancakes at a breakfast buffet and make saves so slick, even the local otters are envious! Meet our imaginary friend, Bump-Set-Spike, or as we like to call him, B.S.S., the volleyball-loving opossum. B.S.S. is no ordinary opossum, oh no! He's the unofficial cheerleader for our volleyball gang. With his white fur as fluffy as marshmallows and his eyes as bright as a full moon, B.S.S. is a sight to behold on the court. He's a four-legged, tail-wielding, volleyball enthusiast who loves nothing more than to entertain the crowd with his hilarious antics. B.S.S. has been known to try and join in on the action, often leading to some pretty comical situations. Imagine an opossum trying to serve a volleyball with its tail, or accidentally hanging upside down from the net. It's a hoot! But don't be fooled, these kids have learned a thing or two from their furry friend. They’ve got determination, teamwork, and a whole lot of spirit, just like ol’ B.S.S. – and that’s what makes them West Virginia’s volleyball stars!
