In the evergreen state of Washington, where the colossal Mount Rainier kisses the sky and the whole place buzzes with the hum of nature, there’s a group of kids who’ve declared war against the ordinary. They are WA Windsurfing Wizards, and they're more than just kids, they are the conquistadors of the wild Pacific waves. Leading the pack is a carrot-topped, freckle-faced whiz kid, Windy Wally. Wally wasn't always a windsurfing warrior. He was once a quiet kid who could barely even swim. But today, he's the grand admiral of the windsurfing armada, twirling his magical surfboard like a wizard’s wand. Wally and his gang are not afraid of the Washington rains, they use the droplets as silver bullets against the waves. When the Pacific winds blow, they don't run for cover, they run to the shore, ready to dance with the waves. They use their windsurf boards as broomsticks, riding the gusty winds, swirling and twirling, carving their names into the ocean's memory. Each morning, they rally at the shore, with their boards under their arms and determination in their hearts. And each evening, they return home, with wet hair, sand in their shoes, and stories of the ocean in their souls. So, if you ever find yourself in Washington and see a group of kids charging towards the sea, know that you've just met the Windsurfing Wizards, the wild, windswept warriors of the Washington waves, and their fearless leader, Windy Wally.
