In the far northwest corner of the United States, where trees grow taller than dinosaurs and apples are as big as a bear’s head, lies a magical place called Washington State, commonly known as WA. Now, you might be thinking, "Wait, isn't that where they make all the airplanes and coffee?" Yes, yes, it is. But that's not all; it's also a place where music is as common as rain in the spring, and oh boy, it does rain a lot there! Imagine this: Kids from all over WA, having pancakes for breakfast, and then grabbing their instruments, strumming their guitars, tooting their trumpets, and beating their drums as if they were born to rock and roll. One such cool cat is Jazzy Jeff, a jazz-loving Sasquatch with fur as green as the evergreen forests. He lives in a massive tree-house studio, deep within the misty Cascades, where he strums his double bass till the wee hours of the morning. Jazzy Jeff loves nothing more than visiting schools all over the state, from the bustling city of Seattle to the peaceful town of Walla Walla, teaching kids the art of making music. He's a bit clumsy—often tripping over his own feet or misplacing his gigantic bass bow—but that just makes everyone laugh and love him even more! The kids in WA who play music are as diverse and unique as the songs they create. They're a wild, wonderful bunch, playing their tunes from sunup to sundown, filling the state with joyful melodies. They might not all be Sasquatches like Jazzy Jeff, but they sure know how to make their own kind of beautiful music under the vast Washington skies!

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.

CYO Summer Camps is a great place for your children to grow in the Catholic faith. Through CYO's faith-based activities, your children will have the opportunity to have meaningful discussions, activities, and experiences that will help them better understand and live out their faith. With our qualified staff, your children will grow in their understanding of God's love and mercy and develop a strong faith in Jesus Christ.

Our Mission Through music education, TYSA empowers young people to seek intellectual growth, to explore creative pathways, to appreciate cultural diversity, and to experience the joy of being part of a team while becoming engaged citizens and reaching their greatest potential. Our Vision TYSA works towards a future where everyone has access to affordable, inclusive, and transformative music experiences, where music education is a vital part of every student’s education and personal growth, and where young musicians have the support they need to succeed in becoming the best versions of themselves artistically and beyond. In creating partnerships with schools, arts organizations, and community groups, TYSA will reduce barriers by bringing the joy of music directly into neighborhoods, allowing TYSA to connect with learners of all ages and abilities.
