With a paddle for a sword and a kayak for his noble steed, Captain Splashy, whose real name is Kevin, navigates Utah's rivers with the grace of a swooping eagle and the speed of a galloping stallion. His freckled face is constantly adorned with a goofy grin, his shock of red hair defying gravity at every rapid.
