His hair is as wild as a tornado, and his freckles are scattered like stars across his face, but what truly makes him stand out is his lightning-fast speed. Every morning, Turbo Tommy ties his bright red sneakers, guzzles down a glass of Mama's secret energy smoothie (made with a dash of pure Tennessee sunshine, Tommy swears), and sets off on his daily marathon across the beautiful Volunteer State.
