You'd find him in schoolyards, cheering as these tiny tycoons sell handmade bracelets. At the beach, he'd be tasting delicious homemade popsicles sold by a 10-year-old. Or at a local fair, applauding as a 12-year-old showcases her app designed to help the environment.
