Einstein's Workshop is a hands-on community center where kids create, explore, and enjoy Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. During the summer, we offer STEAM camps for kids entering Kindergarten through 9th grade. Camp topics include Minecraft, LEGO robotics, 3D printing, Dungeons&Dragons, science, math, chess, programming, game learning, digital art, making, inventing, and engineering. Fit2Cook4Kids offers fun, enriching, and often life-altering week-long day camps for children and teenagers. It is essential that we know the truth about the ingredients in the food we consume. Food and Truth is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the mission to inform, educate, motivate and organize around food ingredient issues. To fulfill the organizing promise in our mission statement, we have developed and are refining Fit2cook4kids as a model program and solution to the catastrophic epidemic of childhood obesity and related diseases. Fit2cook4kids was launched as an after-school program in late March of 2009 at the DiVinci Center in Providence.
