Joe, I mean, Captain Sparkle-Toes, has the magical ability to twirl so fast that he creates a mini-tornado, sucking up all the gloom and boredom, and replacing it with laughter and excitement. But it's not all about twirling and laughter. These cheerleading kids work hard, practicing their high-flying stunts and perfectly timed cheers until they’re as smooth as a freshly peeled banana. Their infectious energy and loud, proud chants can be heard echoing all over Rhode Island, from the historic mansions of Newport to the bustling streets of Providence.
