Once upon a time, a super cool raccoon named Rocky, wearing a red headband and a mischievous grin, discovered a secret Ohioan tradition. He scampered from the shores of Lake Erie to the rolling hills of the Appalachians, raccoon eyes wide open in awe. The children of Ohio, he found, were not just eating Buckeye candy and cheering for the Browns or the Bengals. Oh no, they had a secret power. They were flipping, grapping, and rolling in their backyards, dojos, and even in their school gyms, mastering the art of Jiu Jitsu! These children, who Rocky later affectionately called 'The Ohio Rolling Buckeyes', were as diverse as the state itself. From the dairy farms to the airplane factories, from the suburbs of Cincinnati to the bustling streets of Columbus, kids of all ages were entangled in this exciting sport. Rocky often chuckled as he watched them. They were like human pretzels, twisting and turning, all the while wearing a grin on their faces, even though they were pinned to the ground! They'd giggle, then twist, then roll, then giggle again. They were fearless, they were funny, and they were fit! These Ohio Rolling Buckeyes took their Jiu Jitsu as seriously as their love for chili-dogs and Cleveland Cavaliers. And that, my friends, is the secret life of Ohio's coolest kids: the Jiu Jitsu jesters, the Ohio Rolling Buckeyes. Their motto? In the words of Rocky, "Roll, giggle, repeat!" And, of course, "O-H!"

Hill's Martial Arts is proud to be celebrating 15 years in business! Over the years, our students have achieved incredible success, with 270 of them achieving the rank of Black Belt. This year, we are aiming to reach 300! Our students inspire us to pass on physical techniques, interpersonal skills, and personal strength and self-growth, and we are committed to helping them reach their full potential. For the past 9 years, our After School Enrichment Programs have been supporting local schools and their students. We have donated the proceeds from these programs - more than $45,000 - to the schools' PTO, helping the school, faculty, and students. We look forward to continuing to provide support for our school districts and families in the upcoming year. Our Corporate and Community Seminars have been offering organizations and participants the chance to enhance security and camaraderie. We have received positive feedback from organizers that they have found our seminars engaging, insightful, entertaining, and empowering. Our ambition is to make these seminars available to all businesses and organizations to benefit from the same positive attributes.
