In the sun-drenched, chili-pepper-loving state of New Mexico, a wild and wacky bunch of kids have discovered the magical world of yoga. They aren't your average New Mexican kids, though. No, they're members of the "Stretchy Saguaro Squad", a band of young yogis led by their fearless and funny leader, Sir Llama-Lot. Sir Llama-Lot isn't your normal yoga instructor. He's a tall, fluffy llama with a knack for downward dog and an insatiable appetite for green chili enchiladas. His fur is as bright as the New Mexico sun, and his eyes sparkle like the stars over the Sandia Mountains. With a chili pepper necklace around his neck and a yoga mat under his arm, he takes the kids on wild yoga adventures in the Land of Enchantment. These kids, dressed in their colorful yoga gear, meet under the vast, blue New Mexican sky, with sagebrush rolling in the distance and a chorus of coyotes howling their support. They stretch like the Rio Grande, balance like the Sandia Peak Tramway, and pose like the proud roadrunners darting across the desert. But it's not all serious business. There's plenty of giggles in between poses, especially when Sir Llama-Lot gets his hoof stuck in his ear during the 'ear-press pose' or when he farts during the 'wind-relieving pose'. Yes, yoga in New Mexico with the Stretchy Saguaro Squad and Sir Llama-Lot is a whole lot of fun, filled with laughter, adventure, and the occasional chili pepper snack.
