New Mexico, or as it's known in the whimsical world of imagination, "New Mexi-color," is a vibrant, lively place brimming with colors as bright as a child's laughter. The kids in New Mexi-color are uniquely talentend and known for their knack for the magical art of printmaking, or as they call it, "Color Casting." Meet the most famous resident of New Mexi-color – a mischievous, color-loving chameleon named "Chroma." Chroma is a celebrity in these parts, known for his unmatched talent to blend with any color he sees. From the mellow yellow of a sunflower to the fiery red of a chili pepper, Chroma can match them all. The kids in New Mexi-color absolutely adore Chroma and often gather around him to learn the magical art of "Color Casting." They dip their fingers in the bubbling pots of colors – rainbow reds, sunny yellows, ocean blues, grassy greens, and even some shades they borrow from Chroma! Then, like little wizards, they cast these colors onto paper, creating beautiful, vivid prints that fill the entire state with awe and admiration. Every time the children learn a new trick from Chroma, you can hear giggles echoing across New Mexi-color. They find it hilarious when Chroma attempts to blend with their prints and ends up looking like a walking, talking piece of art. But Chroma just winks and laughs along, happy to be the source of their joy. And so, amid a chorus of laughter and the rustle of paper, the children of New Mexi-color continue to cast their colors, filling the world with their vibrant creativity.
