Located in Williamstown, NJ, the camp features over 30 wooded acres with air-conditioned cabins, barrier-free bathrooms and showers, an Olympic-sized barrier-free swimming pool, a nature trail, open areas for sports and recreation, and an on-site medical facility that is staffed 24 hours a day. In addition, Camp Sun ‘N Fun offers Sunshine Inn, an air-conditioned building where campers can eat and participate in activities on days when the weather is too hot or rainy. With its range of amenities, Camp Sun ‘N Fun has been providing fun and enriching experiences to children and adults with developmental disabilities for more than half a century.

Our curriculum is based on the 4 P's - projects, passion, peers, and play - and was developed by an experienced educator. We are inspired by the work of MIT Media Lab Professor Mitchell Resnick, who argues that the world needs more designers, thinkers, and innovators. Our weekly activities are designed to help campers build their curiosity and ignite their sense of wonder. This summer, we are introducing a new “lived-learning experience” to help campers gain a deeper understanding of the themes they explore. Through role-playing, campers can experience what it’s like to be a scientist, engineer, inventor, or researcher.
