In the marvelous, corn-filled land of Nebraska, there is a troupe of extraordinarily talented kids who possess a unique kind of magic. They call themselves the 'Cornhusker Thespians,' named after their state's mighty football team and their love for theatrical arts. But, don't be confused, these kids don't husk corns, no siree! They perform, act, dance, and occasionally juggle rubber chickens on stage. Nebraska, you see, is not just about cornfields and tractors; it also happens to have the best sunsets, the friendliest people, and the most entertaining community theater shows performed by none other than our Cornhusker Thespians. These pint-sized performers can light up a stage like a firefly lights up a summer night in the heart of the 'Cornhusker State.' The ringmaster of this lively bunch is a cool imaginary character named 'Maizy the Unicorn.' Now, Maizy is no ordinary unicorn. She is a cornicorn - a unicorn with an ear of corn for a horn! Maizy the Cornicorn was born from a burst of laughter during one of the troupe's improv exercises. From that day on, she became the mascot and guide of the Cornhusker Thespians, making sure each performance is husk-errific! Each kid in the troupe is as unique as a different type of popcorn kernel, but when they come together on stage, they pop with creativity and talent, resulting in the tastiest performance you've ever seen. They're funny, they're bright, and they're the best darn young actors you'll find in the whole of Nebraska, no corny jokes intended!
