In the wide-open plains of North Dakota, where potatoes grow as large as footballs, and the sky paints a new picture every day, lived the coolest, funkiest, most zen-like kids in the entire United States. You see, these weren't your average kids. No siree! These were the super-flexible, can-touch-their-toes-while-eating-a-taco, Yoga kids! And their leader? A cool, imaginary character named Yogi Yeti, a huge, fluffy, blue Yeti with a neon-pink Mohawk, who loved doing the Downward Dog in the middle of a sunflower field. Yogi Yeti would lead these ordinary youngsters, transforming them into extraordinary Yoga warriors. Every morning, as the rosy fingers of dawn stretched across the sky, he would let out an enormous, harmonious "OM" that echoed across the prairies, calling the kids from their homes. They would come running, with their crazy-patterned yoga mats rolled under their arms, wearing their most comfortable stretchy pants. Under the guidance of Yogi Yeti, they would twist into pretzels, stand on one leg like a flamingo, and sometimes even balance on their heads! Their laughter would scatter across the plains, causing the buffalo to look up from their grazing in surprise. The sight of Yogi Yeti, with his huge, fluffy frame contorted into the shape of a lotus, was enough to make even a grumpy old scarecrow chuckle. In North Dakota, the Yoga kids and their imaginary friend Yogi Yeti, had more fun than a Jackrabbit in a carrot patch. Their laughter, camaraderie, and love for Yoga was contagious and filled the air with a delightful energy that was as refreshing as a summer rainfall. Yes, life in the heartland was never boring, especially with Yogi Yeti and his gang of Yoga kids.
