In the wild and windy plains of North Dakota, nestled amongst the tall sunflower fields and bustling farms, there exists a quirky little town named Fargasso. Fargasso is unlike any other town in ND; it's the epicenter of an extraordinary activity that has the children buzzing with excitement - Krav Maga. Now, the children of Fargasso are quite unlike your average all-American kids. They’re tall and lanky, sporting freckles and dimples, with an odd knack for picking up any martial art that comes their way. But when it comes to Krav Maga, they're downright fanatical! At the forefront of this Krav Maga craze is a pretty cool character named Karate Kyle - although, in reality, his techniques are more Krav Maga than karate. Don't tell him that though, he's a bit sensitive about it. Kyle has a mop of perpetually wind-tossed hair and glasses so large they could double as windshields. He's the David Hasselhoff of Fargasso - minus the hair and the singing talent. Everyday at precisely 4:13pm, Kyle gathers the Fargasso kids in his makeshift dojo, a converted barn painted rainbow colors, for a heart-thumping, knee-knocking, hilarious session of Krav Maga. They tumble, they roll, they laugh, and they learn. They learn to be strong, to be brave, and most importantly to not take themselves too seriously. As the sun sets over the golden ND plains, you can hear the echoes of children's laughter and the rhythmic thumping of fists hitting practice pads. And if you listen closely, you can almost hear Karate Kyle yelling, "Remember kids, the first rule of Krav Maga is not to kick your own face!"
