It was, instead, an army of chirpy, chatty whippersnappers who were part of a special Speech Therapy Club. This club was led by their whimsical mascot, Chatterbox Charlie, a talking grizzly bear with a funky silver waistcoat and a top hat! Charlie had a delightful twang in his voice, making him sound like he gargled honey every morning. His job was to help these plucky kiddos from all across Montana, from Billings to Butte, improve their speech and language skills.
