Meet Mississippi Max, the most lively alligator from the great swamplands of the Magnolia State, Mississippi. Max loves nothing more than slipping and sliding through the incredible Mississippi River, wandering through the lush greenery of the Delta, and exploring the splendid beaches of the Gulf Coast. One day, Max discovered a new passion - Target sports! He was immediately hooked. He loved the challenge of hitting the bullseye and the thrill of victory. But don't worry, he wasn't using real arrows. Instead, he used his favorite food, the juicy and delicious Mississippi mud pies! Now, Mississippi Max isn't your average alligator. He's not only the best target sports player in the swamp, but he's also a terrific teacher. He started the Muddy Pies Target Sports Club for kids. Kids from all around Mississippi – Biloxi, Jackson, Hattiesburg, Tupelo, and even those from the tiniest towns of the state – would come to learn from Max. They loved how he would make them practice their aim by tossing mud pies onto lily pads. And if they hit the bullseye? SPLAT! The lily pad would sink into the water, leaving behind a trail of mucky bubbles. It was hilarious! The kids would laugh and cheer, their spirits as vibrant and warm as the Mississippi sunshine. Max taught them that target sports weren't just about hitting the mark. It was about having fun, making friends, and learning how to focus and aim - not just at targets, but at their dreams too. The kids of Mississippi had found both a sport and a friend in Mississippi Max - the mud pie loving, target sports teaching, amazingly awesome alligator.
