In the southern charm of the United States, right smackdab in the heart of Dixie, lies a fun-filled land known as Mississippi, or MS for short. Now, don’t be fooled by its soft, sweet tea sipping demeanor! This state is brimming with adventurous kids who love nothing more than to dive headfirst into the wild world of water activities. Meet Captain Catfish, a kooky, corky character with a twirly mustache, who can make any activity blub-blub-bubbling with humor. He's the unofficial guide for all the water-loving kids in MS. The children adore him because he's as slippery as a wet catfish but as funny as a giggling guppy! From the mighty Mississippi River to the sparkling Gulf Coast, Captain Catfish, with his wide-brimmed hat and bright orange boots, leads a squad of young adventurers in all sorts of watery escapades. They go fishing for sunnies, splash in the surf, sail toy boats, and even hunt for hidden treasures in the muddy riverbanks. One day, Captain Catfish decided to have a belly flop contest off the docks. The bigger the splash, the better! The children lined up, their faces beaming brighter than the Mississippi sunshine, ready to make tidal waves. One by one, they cannonballed into the water with enormous 'SPLASHES' and 'WOOOSHES.' But, when it was Captain Catfish's turn, he slipped on a banana peel and belly flopped right onto a floating watermelon instead. Oh, how the kids roared with laughter! As each day ends, the children of MS, with their sun-kissed faces and laughter-filled hearts, bid Captain Catfish goodnight, promising to return for another day full of water-soaked fun. Mississippi may be known for its blues, but when it comes to water activities, it's all giggles and grins with Captain Catfish around!
