In the frosty, fun-filled state of Minnesota, where the Mighty Mississippi makes its mighty meanderings, and where the moose meander more than most, there exists a group of extraordinary kids. They don't wear capes, but they do pack a punch - a Krav Maga punch, that is! This motley crew of youngsters spends their time mastering the art of Krav Maga, an uber cool form of self-defense originating from Israel. Let me introduce you to our main character - a quirky 12-year old named Marvelous Max. He's got a wild mop of hair that looks like spaghetti that got into a fight with a tornado. He's just as likely to trip over his shoelaces as he is to perform a perfect side kick. But when it comes to Krav Maga, Max is a wonder kid. 'Marvelous Max, the Krav Maga Kid', as he’s known, is a sight to behold amongst the lakes and larks of lovely Minnesota. Max, like the rest of his Krav Maga comrades, is tougher than Minnesotan winters, and quicker than Paul Bunyan’s blue ox, Babe. They tumble, twirl, and tackle with the tenacity of a twister, these Minnesota Krav Maga kids. They'll sweep you off your feet faster than an icy sidewalk in January! So, if you ever find yourself in the land of 10,000 lakes, and you spot a gang of kids, spinning and swiping with the precision of bald eagles in the open Minnesotan sky, you'll know you've just encountered Minnesota's coolest squad - Marvelous Max and his Krav Maga crew. Don't be scared, though, they might be tough, but they're as nice as a freshly baked Minnesota hotdish!
