Each day, the Mathematical Marvels gathered in the city of Baltimore, where they would unravel the mysteries of numbers in their secret clubhouse, a huge crab-shaped building. Maryland is famous for its crabs, you see, but these kids were famous for cracking math problems instead of crab shells! Leading this group was the ever-charismatic, always smiling, and quick-witted Charlie the Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Don’t be fooled by his wagging tail and fluffy fur, he was a math wizard!
