At MG Rhythmic Academy, the founders Mayya and Giorgia are passionate about providing the best rhythmic gymnastics experience to their students. Established in 2017, the program offers recreational through elite training opportunities for talented girls. For every age and level of ability, the classes are designed to be fun and challenging, pushing students to achieve their goals.
The coaches have a strong background in both ballet and rhythmic gymnastics, and use this experience to develop a curriculum that meets the needs of their students. With a focus on having a positive and encouraging atmosphere, they are excited to share their knowledge and expertise with each and every student.
The MG Rhythmic Academy team is dedicated to helping young girls reach their full potential. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to reach the highest levels of competition, Mayya and Giorgia are committed to providing the best training experience possible.

Programs at MG Rhythmic Academy in Waban, MA
Preschool classes are for girls ages 2.5 to 5. Classes focus on developing age appropriate fine and gross motor skills. Girls are introduced to a few of the five apparatus of Rhythmic Gymnastics: the ball, rope, hoop, clubs and ribbon as well as some body skills. Your daughter will gain strength, flexibility, coordination and an understanding of the discipline involved in this beautiful sport!
Recreational classes are for girls ages 5.5 and up who have an interest in the sport but do not wish to compete. Athletes will work on flexibility, strength and coordination as well as mastering the five apparatus used in RG: ball, hoop, rope, clubs and ribbon. At a recreational level the focus in the class will be correct body technique, in skills and acrobatics all the while having fun and staying active.
The XCEL team is our semi- competitive program designed for girls ages 6 and up and up with minimum one year of RG training. Girls in this class will have the opportunity to compete both locally and internationally (if they so choose) while being able to still have a more relaxed schedule to allow for other activities.
This class is a good fit for older girls new to Rhythmic who may wish to compete, as well as any JO gymnast looking to continue to compete, without the time commitment.
