The program offers teams for boys and girls from 4-18 years old, where they can learn a broad range of skills, including tumbling, dancing, jumps, motions, and stunts. Joining one of the Cape All Stars teams comes with many benefits. Not only do full year and half year teams give athletes a chance to develop their skills, but members also get the added bonus of free access to unlimited tumbling classes. Cape All Stars provides a comprehensive and varied program to help young athletes reach their goals. With Dawn's expert guidance, athletes can learn the fundamentals of cheerleading and refine their skills in a safe and fun environment.
