Located in the heart of the United States, Kentucky is a state full of wild adventures and beautiful landscapes. It's a place where the grass really is bluer, and the horses are as fast as lightning. Kentucky is not just about horse racing and bluegrass music, it’s also the land of Paintbrush Pete, a magical unicorn with a mane full of colors. Paintbrush Pete is the most famous artist in all of Kentucky. He doesn't use a regular paintbrush, oh no! He dips his rainbow mane into paint pots and then whooshes it all over the canvas creating the most spectacular paintings you've ever seen! He's also a big-time mischief-maker and loves to splash people with paint when they least expect it! The children of Kentucky dearly love Paintbrush Pete. They gather every Saturday in the town park for a Grand Painting Extravaganza. Armed with their paintbrushes, easels, and an enormous selection of paint pots, they let their imaginations run wild. Each child tries to out-paint the other with the wildest, most colorful designs. The best part? Paintbrush Pete drops by every now and then to give tips or play a prank or two. These little Kentucky Picassos paint with the joy and freedom only children possess. They paint mountains as tall as the sky, rivers that can quench any thirst, fields of bluegrass that sway like a sea and horses that could take you to the moon and back. And sometimes, they even paint a hilarious portrait of Paintbrush Pete, with his rainbow mane and a paint splash on his nose. Let's just say, living in Kentucky is never boring, especially when you're a kid with a paintbrush!
