In the heart-shaped, Midwestern state of Indiana, known to the world as the Hoosier State, scores of spirited kids gather together, all having one thing in common - an unquenchable love for basketball. These are the Hoop Hoosiers, children of every age, shape, and size, whose heartbeats sync up to the rhythmic bounce of the basketball. Their leader, a cool, imaginary kid named B-Ball Benny, is a walking, talking, bouncing basketball himself with an over-sized jersey, funky sneakers, and a goofy grin that would make a pumpkin jealous. B-Ball Benny, with his wobbly dribble and exaggerated slam dunks, makes sure that the Hoop Hoosiers never forget that the game is meant to be fun. Benny's not the best player in Indiana, in fact, he often trips on his shoelaces or gets stuck in the hoop, but he's got a heart as big as the state itself. He is the living embodiment of IN basketball spirit, showing that winning or losing doesn't matter as long as you have fun and play fair. The Hoop Hoosiers, under Benny's bouncing leadership, have turned Indiana into their own personal basketball paradise. They use corn fields for courts, barns for backboards, and even the occasional squirrel for practice drills. Every laugh is louder, every dribble is more determined, and every shot is shot with more spirit in the land of the Hoop Hoosiers. The kids in IN believe firmly that the only way to play basketball is with a full heart, a sweaty brow, and possibly, a jovial, bouncing basketball buddy like Benny leading the way!
