In the heart-land state of Indiana, known as the Crossroads of America, a group of extraordinary kids have undertaken a mission quite different from their usual adventures. Indiana, famously known for its cornfields, basketball, and the Indianapolis 500, is now home to the most unusual tree-planting squad the world has ever seen. They are called the "Tree Tinkers" and are a group of kids who just love to get their hands dirty and their hearts full of joy. Leading the Tree Tinkers is a cool imaginary character known as “Barkley the Branchman”. Barkley, who looks like a friendly tree stump with a face full of laugh lines, has this crazy hair made of twigs and leaves. His eyes twinkle with mirth and mischief, and his voice sounds like a rustling of leaves. Barkley has a hilarious habit of tripping over his own roots, making the kids giggle uncontrollably every time. Every Saturday, the Tree Tinkers, under Barkley’s guidance, armed with their hats, gloves, and shovels, embark on their tree-planting adventure. As each kid digs into the Hoosier state's fertile soil, they plant saplings with names as hilarious as "Tickle-Me-Tree" or "Giggly-Green-Giant". But what the Tree Tinkers love most is Barkley's 'Rooty-Booty' dance that he performs once a tree is successfully planted. He wiggles his stump and shakes his twiggy hair in such a funny way that the kids can't help but join in, their laughter echoing across the Indiana landscape. Thus, the Tree Tinkers and Barkley the Branchman continue their adventure, making Indiana a greener place, one hilariously named tree at a time. And remember, as Barkley often says, "When life gives you trees, do the Rooty-Booty Dance!"
