In the marvellous land of ID - which stands for Imaginative Dreams, but the locals prefer the shorter version, ID - a beautiful, vast state where the snow-covered mountains touch the cotton candy clouds, there's always something exciting happening. An enchanting place where the rivers are made of root beer, and you can catch jelly bean fish! The trees are towering candy canes, and the flowers are made of creamy marshmallows. This state is a paradise for any sweet tooth adventurer! Now, the kids of ID are amongst the most creative, imaginative, and hilarious beings you'd ever come across. They are the bright-eyed artists who love to splash colors not just onto paper, but also onto their faces, hair and sometimes even their pet rocks! They create vibrant and abstract masterpieces out of glitter, glue, and a pinch of chaos. Their creativity flies as high as the multi-colored, polka-dotted dragons they sketched just last week! Let's take Binky the Bumble-Bee-Bear, for instance. He's a loveable, clumsy, cookie-munching character who has become a legend in the local craft scene. He once tried to knit a scarf with spaghetti and ended up inventing an entirely new dish, the Knitted Pasta! Binky also once sculpted a statue of himself using mashed potatoes, but it didn't last long because his dog, Waffle, thought it was a giant snack and ate it while Binky was taking a nap. Despite the hilarity and occasional mess, Binky and his friends, like all the other kids in ID, love the world of Art & Crafts because it lets their imagination run wild, just like the candy cane trees swaying in the wind.

For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. While we provide top-notch recreation and exciting programming, the heart of our camp is the spiritual impact, rooted in the truth of God’s inerrant Word.
