The Yoga Yahoos are a peppy bunch of kids who are as bendy as willow branches and as lively as popcorn in a hot pan. They love doing yoga, that wonderful exercise filled with graceful movements and funny names like 'Downward Dog' and 'Happy Baby'. And they do it everywhere! You might see them stretching beneath the blue, blue sky with the sun smiling down on them. Or you might spot them in the middle of a cornfield, balancing on one foot like tall, green stalks. At the head of this lively group is their leader, Captain Lotus. Captain Lotus isn’t your regular adult. No siree! She's a magical creature with twinkling eyes and rainbow-colored hair that dances in the wind. And she’s as flexible as a jelly bean! She can twist and turn in all sorts of funny ways that make the Yoga Yahoos giggle. But the biggest magic of Captain Lotus is how she makes everyone feel good inside. When the Yoga Yahoos finish their yoga, they feel as happy as a bunch of kittens in a basket of yarn. They feel like they can do anything - climb the tallest cornstalk, swim the widest river or even touch the sky! And that’s the magic of the Yoga Yahoos of I-A.
